This retreat teaches you the tools + practices that create new neural pathways of mindfulness, compassion, healing + calm, and to dissolve many old neural pathways of stress, anxiety + performance driven thoughts.

What’s happening for our next Mini-Retreat?

Your body is always communicating with you. You deserve to take the time to listen, understand, connect, and enjoy her. This chock-full mini-retreat will set you on the path of exploration to a greater connection with yourself, your body, and others. Our group will practice and play with various modalities of deepening our understanding of wellness, our bodies, our minds, and have some fun! It’s all a part of the journey to deepening self-love, intuition, and healing. We need to stop our habitual prioritization of everyone else’s needs over our own, so that we can truly reconnect with ourselves. The more we deepen the love for ourselves, the more we open to love others.

    Tentative ITINERARY for May 3-5 retreat:

Friday evening:

6pm Welcome Party. Introductions, heavy hors d’overurs, beverages and opening circle.

Saturday:

morning meditation

9am mini workout/walking

9:30 guided meditation

10:15 light yoga

11 brunch

12-1 educational offering + intentional questions

1-3 self-love exercises + games + breakout groups

3-4 free time + creative play offering

4-5 light snack

5 yoga + guided meditation

6 dinner

7 :30 fun surprise!

Sunday:

8am breakfast and closing circle

*off-site dinner paid individually

**All offerings are optional, but highly recommended. The schedule is subject to change and will be emailed prior to arrival.

 

Let’s move.

The mind follows the body. We will move to get our minds in the space of connection and rejuvenation. There will be exercise options on Saturday, including a short workout or walk, yoga, and meditations. All offerings are optional and highly encouraged.

Let’s eat.

Eating creates connection. We will be exploring some intuitive eating principles and exercises that will enhance your dining experiences. The meals will be memorable and delight all your senses.

Let’s play.

Throughout the day Saturday we will participate in exercises to promote self love and a connection to our body and spirit. Learning to connect with yourself is a gift. We will explore various playful exercises to deepen our joy and connection.

Here is what you do:

  1. Send me an email at dodi@wellplayedwellness.com to get on the wait-list for the next retreat.

  2. Once confirmed, book your travel and hotel/stay accommodations and forward to dodidarrow@gmail.com so I know where you will be staying if not local.

  3. Make travel plans that get you to Morehead by 5:30pm on Friday so you can join the welcome party at 6pm Friday evening.

  4. You will receive an email from me with the itinerary the week leading up to the retreat.

  5. Pack a bag and I’ll see you there. Can’t wait!
