Will it be too hard for me?

Nope! We have modifications for every move and understand everyone has limitations, old injuries, and days where we don't have our A game. We encourage everyone to work at their own pace, not your neighbor's!

 

What props and equipment do you recommend I have on hand?

I will give you options for weighted and bodyweight movements in case you don’t have dumbbells. Sometimes we use a chair or stool to step up on, and dumbbells or you could use a kettlebell if you have one.

How do I pay?

Can I just subscribe to your videos so I can workout anytime?

Yes! We have videos of different lengths that focus on certain areas or total body if you just need a few workouts to add to your fitness plan.

 

Can I cancel my membership?

Absolutely! If you are unsatisfied, send us an email and you can cancel your membership.
